Before the arrival of a plethora of smartphones choices, fast and ubiquitous internet connection and many other modern necessities the Chinese now take for granted, what tech did they use?
The tech of the 90s and early 00s could be considered archaic by today’s standards, but they truly captured people’s imaginations and opened up a world of possibilities for the Chinese people at that time.
We went around asking people in Beijing to listen to some iconic tech-related sounds (from both past and present) to see if they can guess what they are.
