On 13th September, Lei Jun announced Xiaomi’s organizational changes and new appointment of leaders.
In a recent interview, Lei Jun pointed out: “During the early days of Xiaomi, we fought like guerrillas and create miracles. However, with 20,000 employees, we have to evolve into a structured army. Corporate restructuring is part of risk management. This also concerns the survival of Xiaomi.”
