In recent years, Asia has undoubtedly showcased its potential not simply as a consumer market but a robust playground for innovative technology and renewed business opportunities. The increasing prevalence of cross-border strategies from businesses that seek regional/international growth, has drawn the different Asian ecosystems closer than before.
KrASIA’s Venture Matters TV seeks out the thought leaders to provide their opinions and insights, addressing topics of interest within the Asian ecosystems.
The 1st episode of VM TV with Randolph Hsu, Founding Partner at Ondine Capital, concluded on an optimistic note, with great news that Chinese VCs are raring to return to SEA once the travel bans lift. This pandemic will be a mirror – revealing the hustle founders, but the most important attribute being integrity. Read more nuggets of wisdom from Randolph in our article.
Our next guest is no stranger to anyone in the SEA Ecosystem – We’re pleased to announce the 2nd Episode of VM TV with Paul Santos from Wavemaker Partners!
As someone who is generous with his knowledge (and humor), we hope to ask Paul questions that tap on his perspective as a mature VC. From the front seat of SEA’s evolution, Paul will weigh in with his observations of upcoming trends in spite of the apparent saturation in regional markets; all the more so with foreign capital keen to make a splash in SEA. With stellar experience as a founder himself, we will also discuss building resilient businesses through crises – ecosystem players take note!
