Logistics startup Tramés receives seed funding from Kamet Capital Partners

Singaporean logistic tech startup Tramés on Thursday announced that it has received an undisclosed amount of seed funding in a round led by Kamet Capital Partners. This comes after a previous seed round of about USD 750,000 that the firm raised last year from several angel investors.

Tramés plans to use the investment to build the team and further develop their product to better serve small and medium enterprises. “The supply chain and logistics industry has traditionally been plagued with manual processes and fragmented workflows,” said CEO and co-founder Kevin Lim.

Founded in 2019, the company aims to create a streamlined and unified workflow for shippers and their logistics partners. It provides a digital platform for stakeholders and partners to collaborate, thus reducing physical paperwork and manual processes in the supply chain. The features include a blockchain-enabled document repository to facilitate collaborative drafting and confirmation of shipping documentation.

Tramés already works with one Fortune 500 multinational corporation in the energy management and automation sector.
