Beijing-based recruitment software provider Moka has raised more than RMB 100 million (USD 14.4 million), without revealing investors, 36Kr reported on Thursday.
Founded in 2015, Moka’s software includes process management to streamline recruitment, a corporate database to avoid repetitive recommendations of the same candidates from different headhunters, and an AI-empowered resume analysis system to generate standardized reports.
Moka has a wide variety of more than 700 paying clients, including Didi, Xiaomi, Fosun, Sogou, Alibaba’s logistics unit Caijiao Networks, McDonald’s China business, and China Pacific Insurance.
The startup, which employs 300 people, will use the funds to hire new talent, to innovate software products, and expand its business.
