Digital transportation management and logistics firm Inteluck has raised a USD 1 million Series A from China-based early-stage VC Mingshi Capital, 36kr reports.
Founded in 2015, Inteluck has evolved into a comprehensive SaaS service platform that offers fleet and cargo management, real-time tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, bidding platforms to source competitively priced fleets, and delivery data analytics.
Meanwhile, both ends of the logistics equation—namely, enterprises looking to ship, and the truckers that the move the cargo can connect to the platform.
So far, Inteluck has amassed a network of more than 1,000 small vehicle logistics service providers and 12,000 certified trucks, and currently services 100 medium and large local and international enterprises who ship products in the Philippines, the firm says.
The Philippine’s logistics market will reach USD 60 billion by 2023, according to Mordor Intelligence research, and Inteluck isn’t the only market participant. Regional Competitors such as Deliveree from Thailand and Lalamove from Hong Kong are also offering services in the Philippines.
